I think our next generation will not be so critical as they also have lived through this eposode. They realize that life is a gift from God. The babies that are born are a gift from God.

Hi Iza. This very clever little chapter is amusing to say the least. Using animals instead of people is a refeashing mode with all that's going on.
I do suggest , for a more "reader friendly" post you shorten some of the paragraphs and use spacing between them. (just a suggestion though)
I liked these lines especially well:
" If everybody laughed at the beginning, then your team becomes annoyed with your cat's karate kid abilities.
So, yeah, Coronella changed our lives' order: happy cats, annoyed babies, and masked parents. What will become of our next generation?"
Bravo! Good job. Bob

You raised a couple of interesting points here in this little essay about the children born into this epidemic and how growing up with people around them wearing face masks with little physical contact might affect their soul as they grow up. Bet few people thought of that so far. It really made me wonder how these kids are going to be affected by all this. Guess we'll find out when they grow up. Also a strong contrast with the kittens. The fact that kittens are getting more attention and love than babies is really eerie. But that's this crazy, mixed up world we live in now. estory

What a great observation! I like how you contrasted the difficulties of the overly sterilized babies and the overly spoiled pets (liked how the cats sabotaged the Zoom meetings!) during this time of Covid. I hope we get back to normal soon!
otherwise scot! (otherwise, scoot!)

Thank you, and for sure I don't want to be one of those babies.

I had a granddaughter born on July 29th. My son was allowed in the room during delivery. He was restricted the amount of time he could remain in the room. When their first daughter was born, 2 years ago, he slept in the room with his wife and daughter. Even with COVID they take the girls to parks for long walked. Everybody just wears masks and they stay away from people.

Hi Iza, interesting reflections on the effects of Corona. But mums wouldn't be wearing their masks once at home and indoors hopefully? But this generation will doubtless accept mask wearing as just another aspect of health, and think nothing of it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, always interesting.

Heartbreaking--I'm astounded that nobody has written on the devastating, pervasive, insidious effects on babies born during the reign of Coronella. Stunning commentary.
hey shelved=>SHOVED that bundle of joy
We need the space for Coronei=>CORONELLA
masks figures=>MASKED-FIGURES
having their master's=>MASTERS home (plural vs possessive)
