I liked this chapter for many reasons
You know how to make a reader intense, you know how you describe action scenes, especially the one of the Vigilante, was it one of the Vigilante that pulled out his knife
Vigilantes (I don't the name of person with the knife)

Thank you so much for reading my chapter, I'm so glad I'm keeping you interested. The vigilante and her crew still have a lot of work to do.
Thank you again for all your help, support, encouragement, and friendship. It always means the world to me, take care.

Your writing is excellent. Your stories are always intense and on the cutting edge of the line between horror and a good detective story. I always enjoy reading your work, Misty, but do think the subject you chose is disturbing... but you handle it well. :)

Thank you so much for such a fantastic review. I'm so glad you enjoy my twisted tales. Child, human trafficking is very disturbing, to think someone has to go through such horror. Hopefully, I'll raise awareness, get people to speak up, make a change.
Thank you again for all your help, support, encouragement, and friendship. It always means the world to me, take care.

Oh my, ouchy. =] The Vigilante strikes again, literally. =] Or someone one did anyway. Now we will see what the cops can do. Well done. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Thank you so much for such a fun review. Todd is lucky the vigilante saved him, at least for now, lol. Hopefully, the bust will be successful this time. With the way, the judicial system is you never know.

My favorite aspect is your tongue-in-cheek humor. Especially here: ""Please, stop. I'm sorry. I promise it'll never happen again."
She smiles and says, "You're right; it won't." For some reason, victims of abuse are attracted to perps or marry them. You have the reader rooting for the vigilante again. Good approach. Well done.
Here is another 1/2 hour long powerful video about Native murdered, missing women, girls and children. I hope you can copy it to paste into the address line.

Thank you so much for your kind review. I'm glad you enjoyed my attempt at humor. It's a vicious cycle, children of domestic abuse, marrying abusers. I will take a look at your video, let you know what I think.

Mark Hensley deserved what he got. I think all predators should lose their man bits. They can't be cured, and most do it again. I suspect the number of re-offenders is even higher, because they're more careful not to get caught a second time.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter. I agree, something more needs to be done since only a very small percentage are cured. 10% I think. Like you said they probably haven't gotten caught again.
Thank you again for all your help, support encouragement and friendship. It always means the world to me, take care.

Wow, this chapter felt intense. I we are getting to know the vigilante a little more with each passing chapter. I like how she got the conversation recorded in a public place so the evidence could be used in court.

Thank you so much for your kind review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure a fair attorney will find a loophole to get the confession thrown out, they always do.

Hello Mistydawn.
In the case of the traffickers, they appear to "almost" have a relationship with the officers. As I said before they deal with the less desirables in a different method than the police do. In this case, it is a very graphic way of dealing with the perps.

Thank you for reading my chapter and your kind review. Toni hopes that by playing nice she'll get enough information to figure out who the Vigilante is.

Oh my goodness gracious. I'm giving it five stars because it's really well written, but I feel like it needs a violence disclaimer on it. The whole thing with the guy getting his johnson stabbed at... yikes.
Also, maybe double check, but I'm pretty sure if you are referring to someone directly with a word (like grandpa, mom, sargent), that could just as easily be switched out for their name, you can capitalize it. For example,
"It went well, Sergeant, thanks for asking."
"It went well, Dave, thank for asking."
Also, look into rules for The Vigilante vs. the vigilante. I think there are places where it could/should be capitalized but it's not...
Hope this is helpful. Cheers!

His ex wasn't playing around. The vigilante is determined to get all the perps off the street. Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for your helpful suggestions. I made the needed changes and put a violence disclaimer on it.
Thank you again for such a kind review. It's always greatly appreciated, take care.

Well, it's nice to get my weekly vigilantes fix for the week. And even I wasn't wanting her to but it off, which would make her almost as evil as him. Maybe she just needs to carve a few sets of initials. Thanks for sharing.
Terrified, Todd jerks on the restraints only to discover the ties wouldn't (won't or will not) budge. [If Todd jerks on the restraints they won't budge. -or- If Todd jerked on the restraints they wouldn't budge.] Getting the tenses right is still the hardest thing for me to do. Of course, I knew what you meant, and it doesn't matter to me. But I know the people on this site who love to make corrections. So, I figure it's better if I say something. Have a great week!

Thank you for reading my chapter and for catching my mistake. Tenses have always been a problem for me and I don't know why. Carving her initials might be worse than cutting it off, The wound would eventually heal, but the scar, will always be there.
Thank you again for all your help, support, encouragement and friendship. It always means the world to me, take care.

Our minds must work a little alike. I am terrible with tenses; and yes, I agree that every time he or someone else sees little willie those initials will give him something to remember or explain. :-)

It seems the vigilante is becoming more affective, and also being proactive in the ministrations of justice. And justice is far more important than revenge, because revenge is never satisfied, it wants to keep appeasing itself and is neverending. And becomes as evil as the crime itself, it's not justice. Beautifully written, blessings Roy
