Having just listened to the new president's inaugural speech and the recitation of Amanda Gorman' poem composed for the occasion, I am inclined to think that there is new hope that Walter's prayer may indeed be answered.

I am left to wonder what was in the letter that he took to that church. And the higher power that allowed the preacher to accept it for the holy spirits for which it was intended.
