I am looking forward to the read. I am very drawn to all of your writings. They touch me in the heart and the mind. In my hunger for truth, knowledge and understanding, your writings have often given clarity and/or light.

Jennifer, this is probably one of the highest honors a writer could ever receive. Thank you so very much. Jan

I'm sure you have some really intersting tales to tell from the years you worked as a teacher. I shall look forward to reading them, too. I'm coming in at the beginning and I see you have already posted two more parts. Off to read them. :)) Sandra xx

This is a well=written prologue, Jan. Your book will, no doubt, be interesting, as each day brings something new in the world of teaching. I will try to follow it as I can. I believe just 'tossing' out the stories in any order will work fine.
Respectfully, Jan

Thanks so much, lyenochka. Some will be thoughts on teaching and some will be actual things that happened. Rdfrdmom2

I am positive many people will benefit from your ruminations. I know I will. It's always good to compare notes. LOL I can't wait to read. You are a good writer and I am interested in your thoughts.

You masterfully whet the appetite. I look forward to future indulgence!
career that began in August 1972 [at the age of 20=>WHEN I WAS 20] and ended July 2005 [at the age of 53=>WHEN I WAS 53]. It will also cover a career with the same school system [WHERE] I began as a part-time employee in September 2005 and where I am still working as of now, January 2021.
I will be renewing my teacher's license this spring [COMMA] which will be good until June 30, 2031. I suspect that will be the last time I will renew it [COMMA] as I will be 79 at that point; however, one never knows!

I'm sure you'll be sharing a lot of wisdom from those circa 50 years of teaching. One of my regrets was that I gave up teaching after my first semester as an apprentice teacher (we called it "student teaching" but all teaching is student teaching). I know as I enjoy your ruminations, you'll shed more light on the path I abandoned. I'm looking forward to it.

Yes, Jay, all teaching is definitely student teaching. I am so sorry you only gave it one semester. Thanks for the review. Rdfrdmom2

Teachers do a great service in this crazy world and what would our children do without them. I still have fond memories of teachers that helped shape my life so your career stands for something very important. Thanks for sharing and I am sure you have many good things to share about your journey.
