Awe! This is really sweet! What a lovely monument to man's best friend. I have a neice who had bassett hounds and really loved the breed. They seem sweet and docile.

Hello there
well, it's aways hard to say something about small poems...they work or they don't.
This made me laugh, so I figure it works.
Most of us dog owners have a heck of a time getting our 4 leggers to stay...

Thanks for your review. Having 4 dogs myself I have to agree with you, they are anything but rocks.

I haven't seen this before, even though I am Australian. Great photo of an amazing rock. Thanks for sharing this. It is just right for the 2-5-2 poem format. Best wishes for the contest.

Thanks for your review. Albany is well worth a visit, even if just to see the rock.

I love the words you used here "monumental pooch" but I also really like that you used "good boy" - this gives the rock some anthropomorphic qualities

I'm amazed at your use of just a few words and how they tell a story about the rock. The last two words are excellent in complimenting the beast. I wish I could pull out another message, but maybe time will help.

Dear Mystery Writer,
How cool is that?! I have never seen nor heard of this special natural phenomenon before and I'm so glad you shared it. I imagine part of the deal is making sure you capture the rock from just the right angle. Thanks and good luck!
