You are to be commended for your running in your 40's. It is healthy to get some form of exercise always. I walk about 3-5 miles a day and I am 82 y/o.

When I divorced the Dick I divorced running. I resumed running at 55 and quit recently at age 63. I walk a few miles daily too!

What a competitive family, I used to compete in running and my 1 mile time was 12 minutes. I was never very competitive in running but I have always been doing exercising.
