A fine subject and we now have hope of mending those cracks June. You missed the rhyme on the third line on each stanza, I think this is an easy fix, glad you tried this form though, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

You poem in this new style reads well, June. Everything fits together nicely. The image is perfect, too. I like the rhymes and your great and true message. At this point, I cannot comment on the meter as I have no idea what trochaic is--even after reading its definition. I would like to try this, but don't know where to start.
