Thank you Pome Lover for this wonderful poem. I especially liked the patriotic theme and your choice of words, vibrancy, productive, innovative, etc.

I still need to fill in enough letters to form 150 words ... so here goes: All the "blue" words should be held sacred by all Americans ... 'cause that's who we all are. Well done.

    Don't you hate the 150 word requirement. There are many, though, I have noticed who don't write but a couple of short sentences - which, to me is not fair, but they probably spend more on self promotion than I do. Sometimes I just run through the alphabet. :)

Very nice poem. There could be a different color in the background apart from white to bring out the flag more (just suggesting).

I like the color references in your poem. Keep up the good work.

I like the colors you used and the sentiment. You sound very patriotic and all Americans should be. It's been a rough year for the USA, but hopefully we are turning the corner. Best of luck in the contest. :)

This is a strong entry for the artistic contest. I typically do not enjoy the change in font colors, but I think it works well in this piece. I love the picture also. Here's to a great year in the best country!

I think the red, white, and blue of a United States is very much on people's minds at the moment, so you have picked a topical choice of artistic colours, combined with the celebratory colours of the New Yea fireworks. Yours is a very effectively presented submission.
