I like this poem. It delivers a hidden message: "Let the past be the past, the future is unknown, Live the present Moment."

I'm not sure about breathing freely, but I do know, there's absolutely nothing we can do about the past, and what we do now can determine the future to a point, but this moment is all we have, so we can at least have some control, well done, good entry, good luck, blessings Roy

Live..... into the present moment. I think I'll adopt that as a mantra. There is no living to be done in the past and just living in the moment of the present can help pave the way for better living ...or at least coping...in the future
