I think that perp is going to wish it was the cops who found him. He's not going to like the surprise waiting for him. I can imagine him turning into a big baby when he gets that taste of his own medicine. And I imagine giving it to him could be very healing.

Thank you so much for your kind review. This is a heart breaking subject for sure. Being a mom myself, I can't see how they could do such a thing, that they'd find another way out, but then again I haven't been in their situation.

Hello Mistydawn.
This chapter shows the depravity of people that will sell their children. I don't live in that situation so it is hard to understands how that can transpire. The world is filled with ugliness but this is some of the worst.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter. I can't understand how a mother could do that. You'd think they'd figure another way out. Then again, I haven't had to live the life they have and shouldn't judge. Trafficking is the some of the worst for sure, especially when it comes to innocent babies.

I don't know if you're aware of this, but hundreds of children are being dumped at the southern US border and 35% of them are covid positive. The children are left with no one watching them.
They believe the new administration will throw our borders wide open again, and they will.

I wasn't aware of this. I do know quite a few of the kids that were separated from their parents under Trump's no tolerance law ended up in traffickers hands under family services not so watchful eye. What a wonderful government we have, sacrificing innocent children for their own agenda. It's similar to what traffickers do.

Biden has promised to give over 10,000,000 illegals amnesty and citizenship. There are ways to enter America legally, however, why bother when they can break the law and get away with it? They do this because they know we will not allow harm to come to them.

When the girls were in the shed I kept thinking yell guys yell all three of you as loud as you can. Hopefully, they'll find them before they're moved. I wonder what Ronald is up to seeking out the cop's wife. The previews for the season finally look interesting a lot is going to happen. I can't wait.

Now I know why I liked this in part. You are writing in present tense. It gives all those tightly woven words an immediate sense of urgency for the reader. Perfect choice for this story. I've handed out some golden pluses today, but you were the most deserved. Tight writing and intense subject matter.

I get rather angry at the thought of these little girls, having two daughters and a cherished granddaughter, I feel this rage towards them. Beautifully written, with the former abusee in charge, she'll know exactly how to torture the culprit. Well done, great story, blessings Roy
