There are many reasons why some feel compelled to write, each author has a favorite, different niche they fill. My own reason(s) are a compulsion to interpret this world we are fortunate to live in, the people who inhabit, their odd behavior, and their drift from the realities of their existence to the arrogance of their supposed superiority to others. Our labored ascension to the top of the food chain has, over time dimmed our view of who we are and where we came from, and worse, where we are going.
Before it is too late, we should return to Basics, to the teachings of The Bible.
Then we can write the true story.

Thank you for sharing that, I would love to encourage you to click on add a chapter to this book and you can write something along those lines. It would be a great Christmas gift, if you can include some anecdote or story about your childhood.

I never discovered anything really until I was well into my forties, but by sheer volume I've made it up for it since then, I submitted one for my 8 year old, granddaughter last year, she shows promise, well done Darren, blessings Roy

I caution you to limit the amount of your 'earliest' stuff, as first attempts are seldom very good. If I were you, I'd start with some of my best stuff. That way a reader can judge you at your best. You can circle around to the early stuff later. Just a thought.

I certainly appreciate your advice Lee, but I wrote the first chapter before I wrote The prologue. Hopefully after reading oh, you may see the logic behind this.
I certainly appreciate your comments and reviews, and I love advice from other writers.
