I enjoyed this and feel you wrote creatively and with thought. I enjoyed your word choices. You chose a good picture to illustrate your writing. Best to you in the contest.

I like how your poem puts a positive slant on the problem of the inability to produce something... we can indeed enjoy the many other writings of others... and that will often trigger a new burst of creativity.

That's how I get a lot of inspiration sometimes, by reading what what's going on in other folks minds. Thank you for the gracious review and stars, Lisa. I'm glad you liked the piece.

Great art and I love the first two lines. But the third line has me confounded. Enjoy the view...of a blank page? The syllable count is compliant and the words flow, but it doesn't make sense to me. No other edits or adjustments needed.

The last line goes along with the title. Go ahead and enjoy other people's work even though you yourself have writer's block. Hopefully that made it a little clearer. Thanks for the stars, Lance.

Thanks for the clarification. That makes sense but unfortunately it isn?t clear from the poem wording. You may want to add author notes. Maybe expand the title to be specific about admiring other art when unable to write. Just a few random thoughts. Good luck in the contest.

Congratulations on this piece. Admiring and appreciating others success, rather then resenting it, is an admirable sentiment. Good luck with the competition!

Oh that is so very lovely, so thoughtful, and so generous in spirit. It is accepting one's self, it is being willing to acknowledge the beauty that others can create. Well written, and good wishes for the contest.
