Hahaha... love your author notes! I also like the tone of exasperation you've managed to convey in your poem. It is indeed frustrating when the brain won't release the right words.

I got a chuckle out of your Author's note....but forgot why I was laughing...oh well- reviewers block!
Lance I found Mindless Daze for Days a good solid piece of writing.
Writer's block affects writers differently......some do rage.... Some get violent with pen or pencil or computer key board.....you made me see that in your poem.
Good job and good luck in this contest.

Lots of interesting posts for this contest. Very funny author note you included.

I too have those scrunched up pieces of paper scattered about. I hate that pounding in my block head when I can't find the correct word or phrase to complete my poem. LOL
