How beautiful and how LONG. Wow, now is that just a made-up story or what? It was very interesting. You have a heck of a sense of writing. You made that poem such a long story, that I enjoyed so much. Kudos to you.

Thank you so much for the fantastic review and giant sixer, Becky. I only had the premise of the wizard and the queen being together when I first started this. After that I pretty much just went with the flow. lol I had to make it this long to get everything in there and there wasn't a word limit in the contest. So this is what I ended up with. I really appreciate the generous rating and kind comments. I'm glad you liked the piece even though, I admit, it was a bit lengthy. I hope you have a great weekend and thank you again.

Your poem is exceptionally well written. It held my attention throughout and there were many good images.
The personality traits of the main characters were drawn well in only a comparatively few number of lines.
The artwork was very appropriate and the white type on black was especially fitting.
The ending is satisfying.
I expect you'll do very well in the voting. I would give you six stars if I could because I can't imagine how it could be made better. :)
