Christmas Lights brings the joy of the season to the heart and mind of the reader.
I enjoyed the build up of the Christmas scene as line by line you added another loveable Christmas element of joy.
Sometimes those Christmas lights dance.....
sometimes they hold the same color glow...
Some are outside lights filling the sky with glowing cheer..
and sometimes they are inside near the mantel for those inside to share..
I liked this Christmas Light show build up to the season.

From the photo it looks like your hometown goes to quite a deal of trouble to have a colorful Christmas light display, just as you have gone to some effort to write this descriptive poem in skillfull rhyming. It clearly paints a scene for me of both indoor and outdoor light displays, hung high on rooftops or on mantles and the tree.
