A lovely poem likening a brief snow shower to an independent cat.
I like the use of 'visit', thus personifying the snow event, giving it freedom and a mind of its own. Nicely done.
Best of luck.
Peace, Lee

Likening the snow to cats is a unique concept and both are wistful and illusive so I expect you are spot on here, I enjoyed your few words that painted a picture of joy, love Dolly x

The snow that came that day was so much like my niece's cat I could not resist using the analogy. Many thanks for your kind praise, Dolly.

(sugg: avail yourself of title/desc. space to enhance the theme--naani contest is noted by the system under the poem text)
Lovely bit of whimsy--disappearing snow vs fickle feline! (We had 4 inches in Mass. last wk--two days later it was gone @ 70 degrees)

-That is quite an image,
and the presentation is good.
-The syllable count and topic are good.
-The imagery and personification
are effective, and paint a
word picture of the snow
that came, but didn't stay very long.
-Good luck in the contest.

Thank you for sharing my Naani, Bill. Recently, the first snows of the season here were very brief.
