Great poem..I really appreciate the movement, flowing throughout. Have. Great day.
From deep inside the thunder head,
congestion at its worst!
Anticipation spreads throughout
of where the cloud may burst...

Thank you so very much, Judy, for this WONDERFUL review and those bright and shining stars -- so glad you enjoyed the raindrops never-ending journey!

A very well-written poem about the life of a raindrop that is often in a process of recycling. It can take days or years before each drop goes through the process again.

Thank you for a wonderful piece on the journey of a raindrop. Love all the descriptions. Great use of words like exhileration and rapturous - gives emotion to the journey.
I would suggest to change the presentation. The green in black seems a bit hard to read.
Cheers,
George

This is an incredibly clever poem! I enjoyed the accurate description of the science behind rain before it actually falls. One of my favorite parts of the poem is found in the final phrase when it says that rain will repeat this cycle many times. Great job!

A well metered and rhymed poem about the process of making a rainbow and the joy of it only comes after the storm has passed, our reward for riding through it, some storms last too long! A fine write, love Dolly x

POV of raindrop--brilliant--this may well be a winner--startling and fresh imagery throughout. I expect those less literally-minded than I am--and who don't take note of the contest requirements--will take this rainstorm as metaphor for our turbulent times.

If so, I don't want to be there when the cloud bursts...😟 Thanks so much for your review!

I thought this was a good poem describing the life of a rain drop. The lines flowed well...just like the raindrop :) and I liked the picture that you chose to go with it.

Hi, Yvette!
Wow! I never really paid attention to raindrops, except the sounds they make on my roof and it's soothing.
This poem is a kind of classical poem--of which you know more about. I love thinking in perpetual or eternal terms. That's a raindrop's life.
This is a beautiful, symbolic poem.
Good luck in the contest.

What a wonderful poem! So well written, and descriptive. I have never before thought about each raindrop like that. The only word I wasn't sure of was "Cuz' which didn't seem to quite fit the majesty of the rest. Maybe use 'For'? Just a thought. All the best for the competition.

This poem speaks there is power to withstand and carrying on life in substance even a tiny raindrop to play its role in Nature and help man use natural resources continually and in series; well said well done; thanks for sharing this. ALCREATOR
