Hey Jessie tell me you have a gift for writing these in this conveys a whole lot in short space. you have given a wonderful personification to the trees even given them emotion and tangible flavor. I like this and I would love to contribute.
Blessings,
Brother Badger Cull

I love the use of personification of the trees timidly disrobing, letting
their bright colored robes silently fall to the ground.
Wonderful imagery to give the reader a clear vision of a fall scene.Nicely done.

What an exceptional addition to your Renga epic Gypsy, I was wondering how long it will go for? When you stop it I suppose. Beautifully written, this is an outstanding one. Well done, blessings Roy

Hola guapa, We won! Biden is our new president! I am so happy. We are all good here. My oldest daughter has a cold and she is going to have a covid test Monday just to be cautious. She doesn't have a fever.
Thank you very much for your lovely review and I look forward your chapter for the renga book. Stay safe. hugs

Yes!!! Biden won. Isn't that just brilliant! I hope your daughter will be okay. Please do let me know. I have already posted my addition to the renga, but I haven't promoted it yet. Ulla:)))

There is a problem with the link poems. I reviewed your poem and left notes for you.
-
I've removed the poem, so it's no problem. I post one later and see if I get it in, in time before somebody else havs posted
-
oh, no :( I love your poem, you are not sure you want to fix it? When you decide to write a chapter, if you go to the last one and click on add chapter, your place will be held. To see the whole book click on this link....

It's hard to keep the stream of chapters going and some confusion is bound to happen, it's no problem. Please consider adding a chapter soon.

That's what I did, and it didn't work. Somebody beat me to it. I have now edited and entered my poem in a site contest for a 5-7-5 poem instead. I'll try to add to the renga later. Ulla:)))

I very much like your late-Autumn poem and I think it is a strong contest entry.
Your last line is powerful, and I think, perfect in tying the poem together.
I generally like the personificaiton of nature and I think it works particularly well here.
Excellent work.

deciduous tress
clad in bright autumn palette --
timidly disrobed
They may be brightly dressed, but slowly, over time, they disrobe to leave nothing at all.

A very well-written 5-7-5 in addition to the multi-author Renga book about the trees around that seem to be temporarily disrobed during Autumn and Winter.

"Deciduous Trees", is short, succinct, and very much to the point. It was a pleasure to both read and review, this talented poet's work. With a minimum of words, this talented poet has told it, as it is. I look forward to seeing your next post.
