You've spun this tale very well, so poetically, with beautiful rhymes and a regular meter. It's written very creatively and I think it's sure to capture the imagination of a school-aged child. The illustration is also captivating.
That's a nice touch, absorbing the light of the moonbeams, and a light bit of humor, trying to keep a gryphon as a pet!

Great Poem! It brings magic to have a star role in life of children. We adults sometime forget our childhood and avoid new generations to feel like being the center of the universe. This poem shake our structured lives and bring up front the marvellous of magic, to share with the youngest.
Nice artwork that brings lights and butterflies to a close hand! Children will be grateful to that person!
