Those are some fun words to read, pronounce. To use them in a poem and have them all make sense, I'm very impressed. Your poem is well-written, very interesting, a fun read.

This is a fun read. It has words which one hears once in a great while, maybe in older children's books. But in our house we all know what 'persnickety' means, because of the presence of three cats, ha. Just a little fix:
ordindary trollop
I think you mean: ordinary

What a fun poem to read and the amazing thing is the story made perfect sense to me. I don't use flummoxed or Kerfuffle. You did a great job with no errors found. Have a great day. Shirley

A very well-written poem about having fun with funny sounding sounds to begin with and a few seems to have an international meaning that can be used in any language.

You tackled a challenging but creative topic for this piece. It is excellent--vividly descriptive, entertaining, and amusing. In using all the words, you stayed on track and created a full plot for your narrative. (Line 8, typo--changed)

Well you took this challenge seriously and covered all bases, which was a very clever approach. The rhyming is good, even with some very difficult words. It's very funny and a joy to read.

I promise to give this a swat. You did a splendid job, Rox. I sat as a Jury's Foreman for a man who had been bamboozled by a repair shop. The poor guy won. It was nice to be on his side. Sending you my best today as always,

Hi Rox, I liked this great little poem trying to use all those funny words. I think you did admirably so. Pumpernickel is a German very dark rye bread. It's sour sweet and bitter all at the same time. It's very firm and thinly sliced A fifth of an inch and is almost black in colour. It's often eaten with cheese. I don't like it. I love rye bread which I have daily but not 'pumpernickel'
I think the joke would be you are a mischievous little guy with a dark but funny soul. Does that make sense?
You've written a great poem. Ulla:)))

Very clever! The list of words sounds like the new words that are accepted into the dictionary. They just catch on. So some of these go back decades. I enjoyed how you kept the story clear while using the words. I'm not sure on the pumpernickel either and it doesn't sound like it would be much of a weapon lol!

Pumpernickle was a strange one, but it is very dense so it could make a good weapon. =] Thank you so much for all the beautiful stars.
