This is a beautiful love sonnet accompanied by a painting perfectly matched to its theme. Stanza 1 suggests the comfort of the narrator's lover gently spooned up around her, prompting her fantasy dreams in stanza 2. It is known that a dreamer can positively influence a pleasant dream -- here, in stanza 3, asking her partner to take her hand and walk under the stars and share emotions in the manner which has become familiar throughout their time together. I particularly like the final couplet, where "rhyme" indicates their soulmatedness --
A constant comfort, soothing warmth through time
... with every tender notion weaved in rhyme.
Superb, and a joy to read more than once.

This is a very lovely romantic poem.
I especially liked the "shimmies near" in the first line. Shimmy is such a great image and it's a word we don't hear nearly enough :)
There are many other nice images. The meter works well. The language matches the setting of the poem.

This is a beautiful poem. It's not just the poem itself which is wonderful. It flows so easily. Love the word choices. But the entire presentation from the image to the font and colors works so well together. Wonderful.
