This is an outstanding poem. A classy evocation of the 1950's jazz scene, it is stylish, very poetic in its feel, and absolutely dripping with passion. Wish I had a six!

You have a very nicely done romance poem here. I like the style you used, you started gently and begin to throttle on and on until you peaked in the last verse withAt last, you know,
your eyes meet mine and I expose
the music of my soul
for you and only you
I'll play the dark and folded valleys of your body
and take you soaring over white-capped peaks of fire.' You released the fire finally here.

Hello. Thanks for sharing a fantastic story poem here. I can hear the melody of the sax through your choice of words and feel the adrenaline course interrupted by the not yet, not yet. Gives a good feeling as the adrenaline builds up like water up against a damn waiting to just explode. Good luck and cheers.

Wow! That was hot! A wonderful entry into the passionate love contest and you wrote it in black and white. Teasing! Sultry! Sensual! This is written in fabulous sculpted free verse that is expertly chiseled to pause, then flow as the poet guides the action! Beautiful!
