I'm glad to see you are getting well. I too am sick, but I will not get well. We all die, and there's no reason to fear death. From what I've heard from near-death experiencers, we all go to a beautiful place of light, peace, and love. But while here on Earth, we must make the most of every moment we are given. :)

Religion is a choice and I choose God as well. Another beautifully written spiritual poem! No errors that I have seen. And I love with you have done! How you have managed to have "God Thank You Again," spelled out from each first letter of each sentence, pure talent.

In my opinion, a profound prayerful statement of gratitude, written by an obviously spiritually blessed Christian writer. I am happy to hear your health is on the mend and you offer your thanks to the Father of us all...

Gratitude is high on my agenda. Your acrostic points out that he's there for us in good times and in bad. Nothing happens without his awareness. I'm glad your health is better now. Marilyn

God is good. He is an all-seeing and Merciful God. He knows your faults and He knows your needs. You have written this acrostic very well. Best wishes in the contest.

This is certainly a grand Tribute to God obviously based on experience, health conditions and a regime of medicines. I too have been there and paid my 100 days of torture. Congratulations on your triumph. - Lobber

Wow! This is very good! With my son having a kidney transplant, I have prayed so many prayers but this gives me so much more to consider.
Thank you for sharing. Well done

It certainly wouldn't be an easy feat to create an Acrostic poem that is so well and artfully crafted as this. A poem that tells a story of survival through pain, doctors and nurses, medication and Faith in God. You are blessed indeed. Well done.

Another fine spiritual offering from you. I have nothing to say but keep sharing. I have done a few poems in that style over the years and never knew it had a name. Good job as always.

I think you did a great job of fitting in the acrostic, and I think the emotions you felt, the relief, at having survived this pain, this test, comes through in the voice of the poem. Maybe it could use a poetic image, a symbol, like a bird hatching or something, to give it some color and shape and movement. estory
