this poem has a long slow languorous feel that is entirely appropriate to the theme. One can imagine that the narrator is listening to a beloved melodious voice. My favourite line is "I can see the smile through the words". I enjoyed the simplicity and tenderness of this poem. Kind regards Colin

I think this is really beautiful, I also think the somehow adds such a sweet atmosphere to this. There are a few spots that could flow a little smoother, like "...of the little things...i love that the most." but overall I really love this!

It's lovely to hear his voice - add the apostrophe for contraction of it is
good touches of alliteration in far from, soft and smooth, slow to sleep
