The only thought I have is why did the chaperones failed to check out the ski path before allowing the students to use it? This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.

Hi; there was a lot of discussion about the chaperones and the things they failed to do. Darrell had only been on skis one other time before this trip, and the trail he was on was marked as 'intermediate.' My brother and his wife chose NOT to sue the school or the chaperones because nothing would bring my nephew back.
