The stars can only ever be and can only impart a small light compared with the One who IS light. Strange how some will look to created things for guidance but will never give honour to the Creator. Well written Roy. Very thoughtful poem.

You are such a consummate poet, Roy. I know you prefer to consider yourself a hack and just playing around with your poetry, but you touch on such grand themes and do it so effortlessly. It's time for you to step up to the mic and say, "Yes, folks, I have a gift from God and I will keep glorifying Him with it to my dying day!"
Because that's what you're doing.

Beautiful meditation on the stars in "night's robe" which so many people look to for guidance via celestial navigation and even some who believe in astrology. But they are just the "Master's handiwork."
Questions:
shadow's darkness' hides. (maybe no apostrophe needed after "hides" ?)
though some have past they still remain enigma's hidden quirk. (passed?)
