Thanks. I've been reading some of the other entries, and the little darlings seem to be unreliable as a species. They seem to enjoy having some fun with us. LOL

Like the poem. Did your muse have an influence in writing this? My take on this is that you, yourself are your own muse and it isn't another person. Am I right? If so, I think it is very cleverly written. Well done

I like how you have personally allow your muse to inspire you. I like that you use never shuts down, yet speak to you at different times of the day and night. I really like this rhyme scheme and it is something that I enjoy. I also agree with every line about my "muse". But I've never really thought of it that way. I think of it like my outlet of anger, sadness, frustration, love, hope and future wishful thinking. When I write it is usually from experience or something that I am going through - I am not like a lot of the writers on this forum and can't just concoct something out of thin air for a topic-based assignment. So I give you credit not only for entering a contest like this but sharing your processes. I hope that your muse is always with you for endless days and that what you write makes you happy.
