I am not religious nor do I attempt to be. However, whatever gives you strength, whatever gives you direction and purpose, is of value. Still, I can't help respecting and appreciating your philosophy. Best wishes.

I'm sorry you have to apologize for saying God in your work. Yet a lot of writers don't have to apologize for saying the devil or cursing or sexual content. I'm catholic but not practicing. I think it's silly that you have to apologize for that. Good job. I enjoyed it.

Hello there. This was a really interesting poem. I think it was able to stand on its own without the need for all those notes, though, especially since it is not in any contest. Also, it is not styled at all as an acrostic so I don't think anyone would confuse it as one, do you?

Hi yes you are very right. He gives you what us really need, not what we think we want. The things we want may not be good for us..and mst of the time we fail to handle what He gives. Better let Him make our choice, we are safer.

Righteous and real need...I went to my Oxford Dictionary and could not make righteous work in the context and way it was used.
Per His plan...paragraph. Things seem a bit jumbled and tossed about. Think this needs some work.

God gives me everything
that He finds me deserving of.
Indeed a right thing
Only He knows my righteous and real needs.
He gives me His time,
and a different something--
my desires, wishes, and dreams.
He gifts me more than I expect,
but as per His plan,
He decides what's worthy for my living.

How true. Only God knows what we truly need, which may be very different from what we want. We are here on Earth to learn, to improve our souls. All the good we accomplish returns the favor to God, and the whole world improves when we do.
