Patty, I can truly relate to this heartbreaking story you have penned. I was abused the same way as a child. It let to me making very bad and stupid decisions in my life the older I got. The decisions I made were not bad to anyone but to me. I carried the guilt of him touching me in appropriately for so long and thought everyone knew it, but they didn't. It took me kneeling at a chair, asking God for His help and forgiving my dad, which was the hardest thing to do. I literally hated him for a long time before I asked God for His help. I couldn't find one thing wrong with your story. May God bless you and your family this Easter! Thanks for writing this. I know it had to be hard! love, Teri

Patty, you are no different than many people who have been through some sort of trauma. I know as I too found there were many months of my life where my mind is still a blank. It all happened when my mother held a gun on me.
