This simple little poem looks at things from the very beginning of life itself, reaching back into the womb to unearth its memories of love. I don't think i have ever read a mother's day poem quite like this before. It is a very original approach.

Hi, Steve. Long time between posts, eh? You have a marvelous Mother's Day poem here, my friend. It is definitely worth of six strs, but alas, I have none left.
I liked this in particular: "ying in her loving arms, I gazed into her face
I was overwhelmed with love; she is my saving grace

Thank you for the awesome review my friend. I do hope to be in my new home by the end of the month. I have been in a hotel for 7 months(since Harvey) and purchased a home to move me and my parents into. This will be a new journey for me, but it is one i am looking forward to. Hopefully I can get back into writing more often.

What a beautiful and loving tribute to your Mother. I had tears in my eyes as I read this. It was so incredibly touching, so moving, grabs you from the first line and you don't want to let go.

How beautiful. I lost my Mother eleven years ago to pulmonary-cardiac arrest, and miss her every day. She was the most incredible woman in the world.
