I cannot imagine the courage it takes to live day to day knowing that a part of you is missing. Children are, as you say, precious gifts. I pray that you have found some sort of meaning and peace behind the circumstances that you have overcome. I know that your son is close and that his spirit is alive in you. Thanks for sharing this very heartfelt poem.

God saw fit to grant me another son...not a replacement but just another one to love. Doctors said it couldn't happen but it did. I have blessed more than once. Thank you.

This is very sad and touching for such a short poem. With only 4 verses, you are able to touch the hearts of the reader. This seems very personal and a hard thing to share.
