Too funny for words. Love how you come up and write these little pieces. Well written and thought out very well. I know its no easy tasks to use these incredibly silly words.

Very funny poem. I enjoyed it immensely. It also had a moral of course, we have all known at least one bully. Thanks for sharing your imagination!

Hi again adew!
You sure know how to tell a story in your wiggledy-wordy-wonky way my friend! (Be sure to enter one of your works in the Tell a Story in a Poem contest if you haven't already. You've still got ages to go before it closes).

Again, I laughed, giggled and chuckled my way through and enjoyed every tootin' word. Well done! xoxoxoxoxo

Another great funny poem, I really enjoyed. I love those words, you do so good making poetry of them. The last verse was great. He was a meathead. V,xxx

This post sounds like a fun little romp through an Irish pub - You can almost hear the brogue. Excellent use of some rather quaint words. You had me tripping over my tongue in a few places.

I have never been in an Irish pub or Ireland even, but I'm delighted my story would work there too! :-) Thank you!

Did you know the word Donnybrook, is from a county fair in Ireland?
reply by the author on 13-Sep-2008
I knew it was Irish in origin but not the whole thing - Ireland is so rich in its vocabulary and literary heritage. It must be one grand country.

I love this, another talented play on words; well written, with a great, funny ending. My only suggestion: try to use "schnook" only once, if possible. It works as is, but variety might be even better. Keep them coming! : )

Dear Adewpearl
I do love a funny poem and human nature offers a wide choice of behaviours from which to pick.
I couldn't understand all the words but I can figure a moron causing a fight then running away in a sort of saloon tipe venue and it's really hilarious. Also although I don't understand their actual meaning, some of these funny words give the poem that sort of comical rhythm, like the old funny silent movies

I'm so happy you like the words and that the meaning still is evident from the context clues - have fun and look them up! :-) Thanks for a lovely review.
