This is a good one for the club challenge. A endless pit would pretty much do away with your tormentors. This is a well-crafted acrostic and Happy should be happier since revenge is sweet.

Haha, Beth this is so not me, so I softened Happy's treatment and now he only put them in an empty pit. Maybe he will let them out on good behavior. LOL. I am not a horror person so this was different for me.

LOL, Patricia, Haha, this is so far out of my comfort zone that I do not watch horror movies, would not allow my kids to watch them, I never made horror type costumes for them, and we just didn't do the blood and guts thing here.

I don't know? I was writing away and Happy was supposed to stay happy and all of a sudden a dark side came over me, and lo and behold, it was kinda fun... so I went with it... LOL.
However, I did soften it to empty pit instead of endless pit.

Carol, this is so far out of my comfort zone that I do not watch horror movies, would not allow my kids to watch them, I never made horror type costumes for them, and we just didn't do the blood and guts thing here.

I don't know? I was writing away and Happy was supposed to stay happy and all of a sudden a dark side came over me, and lo and behold, it was kinda fun... so I went with it... LOL.
And I thought, ok, it is Halloween, after all. So here is how the story went. These guys beat up Happy so he got revenge. It was a part of the haunted house theme, but I did soften it from endless pit to and empty pit.
And of course none of it would ever be true. It was my imagination had a little fun for a change, I guess. Thanks for the kind comments, Carol.

And why would you not name a clown "Happy" - isn't that the emotion clowns are meant to represent? Yet, how many children are terrified of these goofy-looking ghouls with painted faces!
