Why do I think bakeries will be scrambling to make extra batches of brownies because we're all flying out of our homes to satisfy the craving you've created ~ along with the smiles! I'd like to share my grandmother's secret -- regarding tempting sweets -- ready?
"If you break your brownie in half and shake both halves very well, all the calories fall out!"
Okay. Totally true that she told me that. Also totally false. But in a temptation frenzy, any thought will do!

This is such a scrumptious poem, I was lucking my lips while reading! Once you take that dangerous first nibble things definitely don't go as planned, it's happened to the best of us. Lovely poem that gave me a good giggle aswell. Best of luck in the competition

Very fun read, very clear, Short sweet, descriptive & to the point. We have all been there. Honestly my choice is a bag of chips, The whole Bag at that stroke of midnight.

Though who puts frosting on Brownies?
I never had the experience, and as for smudgy moist, they are ok as a backup plan but for me none are as satisfying as Crispy Crunchy

An excellent entry for the Temptation Poetry contest. lol I am laughing WITH you and not AT you because the entire scenario rings true to home. At least you took baked goods of some kind to your friend, that's what counts lol nicely written. good luck in the contest
