Excellent wording, and excellent rhyming patterns. You stayed focused throughout and kept my interest. Your illustration and presentation were especially awesome! I loved it!

Hi Kerry, I thank you for your lovely comments for my question poem. These have been like a checklist that I do for myself so I don't lose sight that I am a sinner. No, not easy for anyone, but you are right. I always try to remember that whenever I feel I have it under control, that is when I know that I am in trouble and time for a check up again.

Hi
These are faith questions we all ask ourselves at one time or another. We all wonder about the answers and hope we will answer yes to all of them before we die.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Good luck in the contest.
Have a wonderful week.

Well this lovely verse certainly fulfills the brief. It reads so fluently too with seemingly effortless rhyme and a wealth of questions so apt for Kindness Day which has just passed. The thought that has gone into this verse seems immense and I don't think there's any possibility that you haven't covered all bases, all magically inspired by your faith. Well done and good luck! Debbie

This is a great entry for a difficult prompt. This would get six stars if the meter was cleaned up a bit, but I think it will do well in the contest.

Thanks Paul, I have a feeling you caught this right before or while I was in there editing. You know how it is after you look at it for a while, but in these shorter prompts I always notice that it doesn't let us step back and be objective as much. I know you can not change it to a six now, but I did want to let you know that it is much better than it was. Lol, you just read a few minutes too early, my friend. And yet, I do appreciate all your kind comments and awesome feedback. Thanks again, Paul.

Excellent --Question writing prompt contest entry.
We all have regrets sometimes. Yours sounds like questions about sins during a Christian or catholic act of confession, at least that's what I think. I grew up catholic and we had something like that.

Hey Gypsy, lol, no not a catholic upbringing, but rather me trying to be the best person I can be. I have always had a checklist of things that I have to ask myself, especially when I start to think I have it under control. I have found when I start to think that way, I am in trouble. So I decided to put it into writing and maybe it could benefit someone else somehow. Thanks my dear friend.

This is an important checklist to ask oneself while there is still time available to change any behaviors that make the Lord weep. Especially in the chaotic world today, we need that solid rock to stand upon and faithfully face prevailing winds. This is a beautiful posting for the contest.

That fact that you question suggests that you do know where you will be when your time on this earth runs out. Those who think they have all the answers and are good by themselves - well maybe they should read your well written and thoughtful poem of questions.

This really digs into that question of what happens to us when we die. There is so much uncertainty to that situation, so much that we don't understand or see. Even if we have faith, there is still that feeling of walking through the door into the unknown, walking on air or over water. We just have to rely on the grace of Christ. No one can fulfill the law on his own. estory

Yes, and I hope that came out loud and clear in my poem. That is why I added about what Jesus did in a couple different places that it is through accepting Christ. At least I hope that was quite evident. Thank you so much my friend for your kind comments as I am always so blessed knowing another fellow Christian. God Bless you.

You captured the questions we all have within our faith. We don't know what awaits us, but knowing we have to be prepared is the main purpose of or life. Forgiveness, love and acceptance.

This is a very beautiful and well written poem you have penned for the Question writing prompt. You asked very good questions that we all need to ask ourself. You used very beautiful imagery from the art work you chose. Best wishes in the contest. Teri
