Hi Terry,
There is no doubt that Lee is a singular talent who should, if all things were equal, be rocking the top position in the rankings. He is continually up there usually with substantially less output than those around him. that in itself speaks to the quality of the work over the quantity.
He is becoming a rare beast, though, an actual prose fiction writer who isn't afraid to write long or just write what he pleases. A dying breed indeed, it seems.
Hats off to you again with these interviews. I'm not sure how many folk are aware just what goes into these pieces, but they should be.
nicely done once again.
I'd like to see you interview some folk from the other end of the echelon as well. there are some fantastic writers on site who don't get read anywhere near as much as they should be and you could be a great vehicle for them to gain some more readership and acknowledgement.

Gareth, thank you for the review. I have thought about the types of folks you mentioned. I am reluctant to keep doing interviews as I don't want to be the interview guy. However, there are a couple who might be interesting.

This collaborative effort is laced with stellar snippets. The questions asked are as important as the answers received. Yet, I still believe the interviewee was holding back and hiding a little of himself, meant only to be wrung out from the characters he creates. Kudos.

The dialog was smooth and never faulted.
Your questions allowed for great responses... and yes your interviewee was witty and showed why he is so well read and respected on site.
I garnished some good advice from both you and Lee about writing... something I'll tuck away to use when needed. I'm a bowerbird when it comes to anything that may improve my writing skills.
I thought this write was gold, it read with an ease that allowed this reader to connect. After all, that's what writing is all about, right?
