Thanks Dolly, actually Billie was my sister-in-law who lost he husband New Year?s Day and now we celebrate their re-union.

I can see this lady in her garden in the sky. There is a pleasant feeling as I read your words. The character of this lady who loved flowers and tended her garden, comes through clearly. Excellent free verse form that also tells a story.

A grand tribute to a supreme gardener, I am sure. Whoever you are memorializing surely must have been a grand gardener. Flowers die and then they grow again. Perhaps, as we speak she is reappearing somewhere.

A lovely free verse that responds to the writing prompt- flowers. The descriptive imagery both in the piem's body and the accompanying image have the reader detecting the smells of each of the blossoms listed. A beautiful spiritual work. Great job.

This is so beautiful, each descriptive word brings my mom to mind. She loved flowers and plants so much. All I have to do is smell lilacs and she comes back to me. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely poem. :)
