This is very gracefully worded. I'll have to check out the book. The rhyme comes through in wine and divining. You include some excellent alliteration (love's lips and sun sweetened. Is the wine a way of getting her to talk, and what truth will come out? I hope nothing is spilled that will spoil the relationship. judi

Lol! Loved your interpretive review, Judi! It was a spur of the moment response to Bill's 5-7-5. It's sort of a parlor game for poets - one adds on inspired by the previous poet's words.
