Pretty six-word entry with 's' alliteration in 'spirit' and 'serenity's' as well as kind of an intriguing illustration choice suggesting, perhaps, a dove or pigeon in flight. Nice share.

Was one of those pics that just 'spoke' to me, ya know...? ;) Patience is that virtue that I must have been out-to-lunch for when they were passing them out at birth...LOL! :) But I'm certainly getting better... I think. ;) ;) ;) So glad you enjoyed this one, Crystie! ;)
** Please forgive my tardiness. I've been re-doing lesson plans and such and preparing to vid lectures/set up online discussion groups amid the weeks of school closing we are faced with. :) Thanx for understanding! ;)

How right you are in your tribute to the patient people. I have struggled all my life to maintain that virtue and I have failed so many times, I cannot count. Patience is a Virtue and you have captured it here. Well done.

This is an excellent message packed into a six word poem. Patience is a rough one. It is pretty amazing when people can be patient in the midst of life's intense pressures. Bill

This is really beautiful piece that convey so much in six well placed words. The picture chosen brings this idea together as a compliment. Thank you so much for sharing my friend.

A beautiful six-word poem and you have it displayed in those beautiful blues. I would give you a six but I do not have one. Thanks for sharing. Shirley

Patience, something in this age of clicking icons for instant results seems to be a rare virtue. There have been times when someone will ask me a question and if I need to think about my response before spitting it out, they assume I either didn't hear or didn't understand. Blessed are the patient spirits.

Patience is that virtue that I must have been out-to-lunch for when they were passing them out at birth...LOL! :) But you are right, compared to my students who are used to that 'immediate gratification', I could be queen... or maybe princess... yeah, okay, perhaps dutchess - lol! ;) ;) ;) So glad you enjoyed this one, Susan! ;)

Being an American, I was the type to want to get things finished and completed quickly, never realizing some things work out better if let simmer. Coming to Thailand, I learned patience right off the bat. A letter to Mother took ten days to get there, and another ten to fourteen days to receive a reply. From then on, everything took patience. I'm pretty good at it now.
Nice short poem right to the point!

Sometimes I think I had too much patience! No problem, Yvette, I can't imagine what everyone is having to go through to cope with this horrible situation. Let's hope it's over soon! You are welcome for the review, too.
