Missy,
I love it. Even if it made me sad. I love the artwork. I need to send you an email. Love everything you write. It is moody and slightly dark but it is love which you always write so well.
Blessings,
Darlene

Justafan, I'm glad it's not autobiographic. It is sad. I'm sure this
has happened in lots of relationships though. A person keeps
on wanting to be able to restore the relationship, but they know it
can't happen. I like the last two lines the best .... NOW... if I can just
get my Soul...to believe it.

It's funny how feeling bad comes out, it tends to manifest itself in bad thoughts, or negative language, but I guess we'd have to regard as just a bad feeling. Other other hand if we feel good, the world looks rosy, we smile, and the world smiles back! Well written, beautifully expressed, my friend, blessings, Roy

Your words tell a story of grief and this reader can feel the heartache you have penned. Typically this comes out through the soul. I hope you find your way soon friend.

Awwww, sad. Got a shock to hear the song coming out. Can't hear it very well due to my hearing problems. Thanks for sharing, anyway. Love the teary picture. Good work.

It's not an easy thing to do sometimes, is it, Missy?
There's little else in the whole wide, wonderful world that hurts more deeply than unrequited love. What's worse is putting your all--your everthing into a relationship only to find out it's been one-sided, all along.
Nicely done, and well presented.
Love the musical accompaniment, heh-heh...

Very moving, I'd bet most of us have been there. No, they don't know how we wait, in agony for them to call, and they do not. The silence is deafening. It takes a lot of strength to not just call yourself...ugh, remembering those days are painful! Well done,
Carol

it may not be autobiographical to you but
it certainly resonates loudly with me and has
given me goose bumps and a tear in my eye
and your words brought back a lot of memories
beautifully and tastefully written and a pleasure to
read and review

I got myself into a similar mood today. Thinking about my school friends and how they are all successful with university degrees. All I ever wanted back then was a friend. I guess I was too wild and hyper to qualify as a friend? Or maybe I'm putting too much pressure on myself. I am who I am.
Sorry you're feeling down. Sending hugs through cyberspace.
