You know, there are many times that my words find the wrong place or time. My dad always said, "The best substitute for ignorance is silence." Damn sure should have learned that one. Thanks for the pleasure of another fine poem. :-)

A very touching piece of romantic free verse. For whomsoever this was inted is a lucky man I'd say, except he doesn't know it. You want to keep this for st Valentine's day. It is streaks ahead of of anything the commercial card company's come up with.

So very true, especially since we often hold ourselves back from the utterance out of a wish to prolong the unrealized desire as something divine and pure. You did a lovely job of expressing that sentiment in this well penned piece. Nicely done and I thank you very much for sharing it.

Lovely picture to go with lovely words to describe unrequited love. You hardly look like a grandmother in your profile photo, but I wouldn't mind betting that you have passed your writing prowess down the line. Yes, I did find this piece very pleasing!

Beautiful poem of love, that in its verses, the poet tells us the emotions and feelings about a loved person. Shyness is present in the poet's mind and reduce the possibility to speak loudly and confess her affects to the beloved one.
