Another triumph Carolyn, this is another good example of how well you adapt to these circumstances. I Like the way you followed the biblical story closely and we'll! We'll written with a great descriptive narrative, good couplet rhyming, nice even meter, blessings, Roy.

See what you started my friend, :-). I am happy you are enjoying this series of Bible stories in rhyme. I hope to have 20 or 30 when finished. The reading of each book prior to writing, to make sure I am 'telling it like it is' so to speak, is a blessing in itself. Thanks for the beautiful six award.
    Love, Carolyn

Many of us choose to be a Daniel in real life.
We lived by our belief and faith and refuse to budge even when faced with terminal illnesses and deaths because we knew in our hearts that God will not abandon us under any circumstances, smiles.
We will live out our time here, which is immaterial and insignificant, as long as we toe the line about God and His Word. Smiles.
Great write and loved this series of characters in the Bible, :))

Thanks Ritchie, I hope to have 20 to 30 in the series when finished. So glad you are enjoying them. Your comment is so true, there are times in each of our lives that we feel like we are in the Lion's den. Thankfully God has experience in 'shutting' their mouths.

He always does, doesn't He? All i can say is that He is a jovial entity usually testing our limits. Guess we can match His plan for us all, smiles.
    Welcome. Smiles.
