Ooh La La, what a delightful tale. Risqu©, but not vulgar. Titillating, but not prurient. Good job, even though I am easily impressed, this poem knocked my socks off. It was a thoroughly enjoyable read, thank you.

Thank you for your review - your 'risque' appears on my screen with a little copyright symbol ('c' in a circle) which is why I didn't try to put accents on all my French words!
    Thanks again!

Thank you - of course so many French words take on a character of their own once they enter our wonderfui language and only snobs insist on 'authentic' pronunciation.
    Meci beaucoup!

You have made me laugh with your magnifique poetry. Oh, oui! It is hilarious and cleverly written. The story in the poem is amusing, and the accent bien! The poem is witty throughout and I enjoyed it very much. "I've seen those breasts before." an amusing line. This is a delightful poem to read.

I was thinking, I had missed the FS announcement about a French epidemic. Yesterday, Pix. Today,Kiwisteveh. I thought what top poet will succum to it next? Evil thoughts took over my mind. "If 'they' are all brought down--I will rise to the top." I began making plans.
Then I read your notes.

Your poem was great. I liked it a lot. It sounded real good. Oh, boy. Oh, boy. It rhymes. It is funny. Good job. (Shit, all my plans down the crapper. Damn French.)

Yes, I wrote to Pix that we could have made it one of those new 'challenges' if we'd known. Turns out we were both writing our poems at the same time!
    Thanks for the kind words.

I got a giggle out of your French mangle.

It is a good bit of fun.

I especially liked:Money speaks - a cliche, but
It proved the coup de grace,
For as we smooched en route to home
She offered no impasse.

And now denouement to my tale,
At my place (or Chez Moi)
Where my fiance waited
For risque menage a trois!

Thank you - sometimes the silliness takes over. Glad you liked the ending - I was almost out of Franglais words by then!

Oh! I laughed so hard at this wonderfully ludicrous French(as only the French can be)fancy. Sitting here in my run down French manoir, having had lunch today in a French cafe, this fabulous scene just tickled the humour spot on.

Being there may give you a delightfully different perspective on my bit of silliness - I know many of these terms take on a life and meaning (and pronunciation) of their own once they migrate to English. I know the reverse is true as well - amusez-vous bien le weekend!

I really loved all the "tortured" phrases and words. I think it is a great story poem. It old a story and amused at the same time. As you can see I really liked it. Thanks for sharing and making me smile.

Thanks for the review and the precious Six Stars. Much appreciated.
Ridiculosity my speciality. Check out my portfolio for more silliness.

Loved this! It amused me and I found it very clever. Very creative. I am wishing I could have thought of something like this. Imaginative, new, different. I loved the double entendres (!), humour and play on words in English and in Francais! I know some of the words might have been a bit tricky, but I think it worked wonderfully!

Excellent, mon ami. Bien fait. I think poetry can take all forms, and I really enjoyed this. It is a very clever bi-lingual composition.
