An excellent entry for the A First Book Chapter contest. this would make a good first chapter with enough storyline to get the reader interested in more. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you for the review. No, nothing is perfect. A marriage can't be perfect because there are no perfect people, but some can be happy anyway.

Thank you Carol. I need to get back to that one. My kids keep telling me I need to be finishing the story about them before I start something else.
