First, what a BEAUTIFUL couple you made!! I love this wedding picture of you SO very much (especially the fact that you're tenderly feeding him, as opposed to today's absolutely DISGUSTING tradition of smushing it into each other's faces!! Your dress is beautiful, you look absolutely radiant, and it's a wonderful moment in time.
Your poem is equally beautiful - full of love and recognition of the special bond you shared for so many years. I'll be thinking of you on the 23rd with lots and lots of love.

Thank you Rachelle. I hate that custom. I don't think it would have gone over well with my husband. It would made a bad start to our wedding. We had only a small home wedding.

Thank you Mike. Next year it will be thirty years since Mom died and Tuesday will be seven since my husband passed away. I believe I will see them both again.
