Yes. Many times the dew drop from overnight will freeze early morning depending on the surface they go make pretty snow looking flakes.

Thank you, Big Sister. I woke up this morning thinking about the word wisp of blue. I worked at it for a while till I found the rest of my haiku. It's like that some times. I'm glad you like it. (*<>*)
