There is an amazing message within this writing, Roy. Our thoughts become words, our words project ideas and those ideas become actions or behavior. Even confessed believers fail to realize the impact their words have on their spouse, children, friends, neighbors and even other believers. I have personally been studying the Deliverance ministry over the past few weeks. One thing for sure, many of us (yes, including me) expect our prayers to be answered, healing to occur and mountains to be moved; however, we need to ask ourselves some questions. Have I confessed my own sins? Have I forgiven others any offense(s) against me? Am I quick to judge others? Your message is well written and timely. Thank you for sharing!

I think it is hard to forgive some deeds and as we see this war of terror on innocent people it only makes me feel like revenge rather than forgiveness as someone needs to pay for this tragedy and without consequences, people just do as they please, there needs to be punishments for these crimes, not forgiveness. This may sound quite harsh, but you just can't go about killing people for your own selfish reasons and this is what's happening in Ukraine, love Dolly x

That?s not how God thinks, I leave judgement to the courts, how can we judge people if we don?t know all the facts, do you believe the papers, the TV, forgiveness is not for the guilty, it?s for us, to avoid a hardened heart. Thanks Dolly, blessings Roy

I never believe the papers or rumours Roy, you can only make judgements on the facts, love Dolly x

How does one gat the facts if one is not there?

In my opinion, another superb write by this inspired and prolific poet, especially timely and important in its sharing, both the poem and the included notes. We need more of this in these times, given the state of our world, the pandemic, the recent natural disasters and the invasion of the Ukraine, a country rich in history and genial customs, of which I can personally attest. Thank you, Roy, for your uplifting writing, so helpfully warm and embracing...

This is an interesting poem. The image is graphic and tells a story all by itself. It does compliment the words you chose. Your writing sends a strong message, as this is well written.

This is an excellent poem in every respect--skillfully and creatively written and powerful in its message about forming fixed opinions and judging
situations we aren't fit to judge. And, yes, we should be praying for those we view harshly, especially leaders we think aren't leading very well.

This indeed was an interesting picture, Roy. Your words of both your poem and your narrative notes said that God and Jesus could and would do anything to keep His people/children peaceful. I like you pray for a miracle that Putin can be healed and free from hatred and that Ukraine can forgive Putin of his transgressions. Blessings.

You are 100% correct. Only with the help of Jesus by our side can we not judge Putin for the invasion of Ukraine, but it can be done. He does need to be prayed for. Thank you for the reminder.

Roy,
I agree with most of your post, certainly. Putin needs the prayers of all the world to help him see the error of his nasty ways. Unfortunately, I think he's absolutely aware of what he's doing and does not care.
The Bible says we are not to judge people - but we CAN judge their fruit. We hate the sin but love and pray for the sinner - sure. Putin's producing a lot of 'fruit' and it's clearly judgeable. Thanks!

Great message, my dear friend! :)
You are so right. We are not to be judge or jury for those who do wrong. They will have to answer to a higher power. It's our job to pray for everyone. I always believe that what you put out there in this world will come back to you.
Love the artwork too!
Thank you for sharing with us.
Always your fan,
Shana :)

"God says I must not play the judge, and I believe that's true.
The only one who knows the truth unravels all the glue."
Your words are so true, Roy. It is easy to judge, but only God knows the real story. We must learn to forgive, and leave the rest in God's hands.
