A startling departure--never would have guessed you had it in you! I'll be back tomorrow!

It was nerve-wracking posting this, Liz, lol. I thought I'd lose all my friends and be blocked. It is a big change, but I intend to keep on with it because I want to see if I can write something totally different. Thank you for those excellent suggestions, I've made the changes.
Thank you so much, my friend, your encouraging words have spurred me on! Happy New Year, may it be a good one. Love and hugs, Sandra xx

it's a good thing she woke up...because if she was waiting for the grand finale...takes more than a dream...I mean from my experiences...hmmmmm....

truly it's a great story told...can't wait to see where it goes from here...if there is ever a final finale...and who he is...this is like a Ghost and Mrs. Muir...but more romance...

Hmm, perhaps you wouldn't mind sharing your experiences with me, Linda, being the innocent that I am, this is all guesswork..... Lol.

Yes, this is totally out of my normal zone, from tiny tots stories, to teens, and the rest. This is really different. But, it does have a strong story so I hope everyone will like it. I have to admit, I was really, really nervous posting this on here. But, so far, so good. I hope it continues that way!!

Thank you dear friend, for this lovely review, I'm glad you are still my friend!!!!!! Love you right back over my moon! Happy New Year, I hope it will be amazing. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sandra xxx

You know just how to boost a girls confidence, my sweet friend. I really wish I could come and visit, but it's too far, and too expensive to get there. But it's so nice to chat to you on hear. Perhaps we can skype or something one day. Then you can see this old wrinkly lady in the flesh! Hmm perhaps not, you'll have nightmares!! Lol!! Love you my forever friend. xxxx

How frustrating that would be! Imagine having him disappear just as things really get steamy. He must be real in some way, or there's no story. Wonder who he is. I'm waiting impatiently for Sunday to find out more.

Thank you so much, Cindy, for reading my prologue. :)) I'm so glad you want to discover the who, what, and why of all this. It's quite a different plot to my usual ones, actually, saying that, most of them are quite different!!! Lol. Happy New Year, my friend, I hope it will be a brilliant one. :)) Sandra xxx

Tad more than mild! That's hot enough for an intimate romance. Hope you are headed toward that. You have skills, Lady! Nerve endings is probably two words. Best of luck with this. Have a blessed new year.

Yes, there is romance, Carol, I think you will like it. :)) Thank you so much for your really nice review, and for the correction. I've made the change and, nerve ends, is now two words. Thanks so much for that. Chapter one begins on Sunday, a lot tamer than the prologue.
Have the best New Year, my friend. Warm hugs, Sandra. xxx

Sandra, couldn't you have waited one more day before posting this? Until I had a fresh supply of sixes? This was a heated teaser you wrote. It makes me wonder if it his going to have shades of the paranormal mixed in with her sexual fantasies. Can't wait until Sunday.

Thank you so much, Jay, for giving me such a lovely review. I wanted to get the prologue out first to see the reaction, (as this is way out of my comfort zone,) and I wanted to branch out and see what I could do. So I do sincerely hope you will stick with me, and pick me up when I make stupid mistakes! Chapter one will come out on Sunday. Thank you, my friend. Love and hugs, and a Happy New Year! :)) Sandra xxx

Great that you are returning with another book, Sandra. I look forward to reading it. Your prologue gives readers good information and is a 'tease' of what's to come later. Your words are well thought out and descriptive.
Respectfully, Jan

Great job with description, it definitely wrapped me in. I was not expecting it to turn out how it did... that she was really alone and he was not with her. I'm intrigued to see where this goes!

-You could call this "The Case of the Phantom Lover!"
-Interesting premise with a mystery in the Prologue.
-There's got to be a clue in the "startling red hair."
-Maybe that's why he appears to her.
-It will be interesting to see where this goes,
and what or who is returning.
-Happy New Year to you and Graham. I guess
we'll see the Wheel in pictures of New Year's eve
around the world!
-Here's to a good 2022.

Hi Pam, Happy New Year! I have been so worried about posting this part, but it seems to be going down well. Everyone wants to know the what, who, and why of it. Lol. The story begins on Sunday, but the prologue was vital for what will take place soon. I hope you have a wonderful, healthy, happy New Year, my friend. Love and hugs, Sandra xxx

You are welcome for the review, Sandra. I don't know if you ever watched the show "Perry Mason" back in the day, but that is where I got the first phrase from. The title of the show was always "The Case of...... Happy New Year!

I remember Perry Mason! That was years ago. Now you've mentioned it, yes I do remember that was how each story began. I really enoyed watching it. That was long before we had all the different channels we have now. :)) Did you stay up to see the New Year in? I was fast asleep in bed by 11pm! Lol. HNY to you both, too! xxx
reply by Pam (respa) on 01-Jan-2022
Yes, it was years ago, but it was a good show cause Perry always won!! We usually stay up to midnight so we watched a PBS special from 9-10:30. We relax after that, and we watched the ball drop at midnight. Happy New Year to you, as well.

Hello Sandra.
My, my, my, haven't you changed tunes. Startling red hair. Hmmm.
Sounds like someone we know, from long ago. Time will tell.
This should certainly hook your readers into the rest of the novel.
Well done.
Sorry I'm out of sixes.
Happy New Year, which starts pretty soon in the UK.
Best wishes.
Robert
