This is really very good and a neat idea. Cat's tails don't lie; wish everyone had them. As a child I saw my sister and a neighbor boy attacked by a dog with its tail between its legs; dogs do lie. I would change ...it could be...to it was quite fantastic (to be in the same tense as rest of paragraph). There is also a missing word . . . I don't know if (I) will like it . . . The sentences beginning Wow and What a different . . . should be in the same paragraph. The phrase "trip the light fantastic" is linked in my mind to Fred Astaire; don't know why. You have done very well with this. Have you tried to have it published and get paid for it?

Do they ever lie to protect us from reality? Do we ever admit to others what we see and feel about them? Personally, I don't care what other people think about me. Hi Jesse, I'm sure we all have moments when we relive things more vividly than at other times. The older we get we tend to carry more memories. Often that involves people who've been close to us, and places we've been to sharing with our dear ones. I liked your piece. Ulla:)))

As I too am always questioning what people think of me. But I will tell you that the people in your life are there because they want to be with you.
I would not want to know what people would be thinking as to what fun would it be to get to know them?
