Wow, another great continuation chapter, Sandra. I was so glad to see that Grant's mother and his half brother finally saw justice. You packed a lot of information into this one. I can definitely see a romance budding between Monica and Jeff as well as between Grant and Tania. Very well done and immensely enjoyed. Blessings, hugs and smiles1

Awww, Tania knows full well how Grant feels. Everyone going back to their normal lives is good. I love watching Colin and his mother's reactions to see Grant, and then being arrested. Here's hoping they lift the jail and put them both under it.

Yes, they both know they have feelings for each other, now they have to commit! One more part to go, and perhaps an epilogue. I have another book screaming to come out, lol.
Thank you so much for another lovely review, dear SATP, and for the lovely six star award.
I loved all those lighthouses and now I'm going to do some research and find ours. Then I'll send you some photos. What I like is the history behind each one. I especially like the ghost one! I do like ghosts. LOL. Carry on sending me them, especially all those wonderful animal ones. Love you lots my dearest sister. Warm hugs as well. :)) Sandra xxx

Good to know. I was afraid you were getting tired of me sending things. I hate to see this story end, but I'm eager to see what the next one will be. Love you loads. So good to hear from you!

Hi Sandra, this is a great chapter and such a satisfactory one. Colin and his mother are getting what they deserve. I would only want to see them behind bars for many years to come.
Now, will Grant finally pop the question. We'll have to wait and see. What a great story. A hug, Ulla xxxx

Thank you so much, Ulla, I'm so pleased you've enjoyed reading this part. One more chapter and all the ends will be nicely tied up. There might be an epilogue, I'll see how next weeks part finishes. Thanks my friend, for your lovely review, and for the golden six stars. You're a dear friend. Warm hugs, Sandra xxx

I like the way this is going. I honestly think Tania's life may be in danger the rest of her life and she needs to remain really close to Grant. Just throwing that out there.
She sat down and took another cigarette out of her silver box, and with trembling hands, lit it. (you can omit 'down')
Monica was sitting next to Jeff, and looked up at him and smiled. (sitting beside Jeff)
The next morning, Monica came through with her case packed, and smiled when she caught Tania's amused expression (The following morning)

Of course Tania will need Grant to protect her for life!!! Lol. You are funny, Barbara. But, you are also right in a different way. Thank you so much, my friend, one more part and that will be it. I'm so pleased you have enjoyed reading this part. I'll sort out your edits as well. Thank you, also, for that wonderful golden star!!! Warm hugs, Sandra xx

You have proved to be able to write about anything. What is it called a venue? Sandra, I am so sick if I don't make sense I need for you to know why. I am trying to follow the books I have been reading. Well done dear. Really good job. Nancy:)

Aw, my dear friend, I've been hearing that you are really poorly, and my prayers will be for you. I'm so sorry you don't feel good at the moment. I am amazed and so pleased that you managed to read this part. I'm just so sad that you're not my bubbly, vibrant, Nancy at the moment. But you will be!
Thank you so much, my dear friend, for what you've said, and the lovely sixth star. You and I have been friends for ten years now, and it's been a happy time for me. Sending you the biggest hug ever. Love you lots. Sandra xxx

Bravo, Sandra, you did a fine job here. All the dots are connected and there are a few romances getting started. Grant deserves to see his mother finally reap what she has sown. Imagine how he feels having been left as a baby by a mother who shows no remorse.
Note:
After a lot of debating between the judge a
nd the prosecutor, Rapier was told he would be taken to Manchester
'this needs fixing'

I've appreciated every review. I'm so pleased you told me about that dropped line, you were the only one to mention it. All corrected now. Thank you again, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

-Excellent job, my friend, what we
have been waiting for; the perpetrators
to get their just due.
-I loved it, and the expressions
and gestures as Grant confronted
his mother and Colin were spot on!
-Such small nuances with a big impact,
like how she held her cigarette, with
her hands shaking.
-Her instant reaction of blaming Colin.
-She will stop at nothing, but now it
is just beginning for her and Colin!
-One thing that is a shame is
how a mother can treat two people
of her own flesh and blood; there
isn't anything she wouldn't stoop to do,
but now she and Colin will be the
ones paying, and Rapier, too.
-The ending is excellent, and how
wonderful to see this group of
determined people who were
seeking justice, and shared a
camaraderie sit down together
and enjoy a celebratory meal together.
-This is the way it should be, and
I really look forward to the ending
involving our two couples, and more.
-You should be very proud of this, Sandra.

After what's happened to Tania and Latifah and the others at the hands of the mother and brother from hell. One couldn't help but feel the joy of both Marilyn's a Colin's discomfort, and typically being self absorbed, turn on each other. And it finishes with Jeff and Monica and Tania and Grant becoming items. Beautifully written Sandra, blessings Roy
Typo : you would be remanded(f) in custody...

I;ve loved every bit of this novel. This chapter finally allowed us to witness the evil family members getting what was due to them for their crimes. Now it seems was is left the romantic part which is always a pleasant way to end a nove. The scene with Grant and his mother and Colin was priceless.
